SHB’s Ramadhan & Nutrition: healthy eating was well received. We provided healthy Ramadhan alternatives such as Quinoa, vegetable soup, suqaar/fish with various leafy greens and smoothies. 45-50 women participated and requested another course to continue the discussion of nutrition. Even the children were so intrigued and partook in tasting the smoothies and fresh fruits.
